Scope. These Terms govern all consulting, automation, and dashboard services (“Services”) sold by Salvesen Studios LLC (“Company”).

Payment & Invoicing

Full invoice amount due upon receipt; work commences only after payment clears.

Intellectual Property

Client owns deliverables upon full payment; Company retains right to reuse frameworks excluding client-confidential data.

Confidentiality

Mutual NDA applies to all shared data.

Limitation of Liability

Company’s total liability capped at fees paid in the preceding 90 days; no consequential damages.

Governing Law

North Carolina, USA.

Dispute Resolution

Good-faith negotiation → mediation → binding arbitration in Asheville, NC.

Updates to Terms

Posted revisions take effect 14 days after publication.

Up-Front Payment: All services are prepaid and non-refundable once work has begun.

Cancellation Before Kick-Off: If a client cancels in writing before the scheduled start date, 90 % of the fee is refunded (10 % covers resource blocking).

Milestone Disputes: Client must notify us within 5 business days of a deliverable if it does not meet documented success criteria. We will correct at no cost.

Chargebacks: Clients agree to contact us first to resolve issues before initiating a card chargeback. Unauthorized chargebacks violate our Terms and may incur collection fees.

Contact data submitted through forms, payment details processed by Stripe, usage analytics via Google Analytics.

To deliver services, invoice clients, and improve site performance.

3. Cookies

Only functional and analytics cookies; no third-party ad tracking.

4. Data Sharing

We never sell data. Vendors with limited access: Stripe (payments), Google (analytics), HubSpot (client portal).

5. Data Retention

Project files kept 5 years; billing records 7 years for tax compliance.
